Snow and driving

Today I try to give myself some rest and relax a bit, because tomorrow it´s the day of the taiji competition and I need as much energy as possible for the push hands (ding bu).
Of course at work I was told work faster work faster, so no relaxing there...but short before the beginn of my weekend it started snowing...and it didn´t want to stop, so I was driving back home with maybe 60km/h and the radio played some cool jazz tunes leading to nearly starting to sleep with open eyes...that was relaxing!

is Life a waiting and mistaking?

So I went to the Place (a supermarket) were I should wait for the Truck I should help to unload.
I reached there 7:55 and rung up the driver. He told me I would have to wait an hour because they would be stuck in a traffic jam... after 1hour and 18 minutes I called again and he said they would arrive in 5 - 8 minutes. after 10-20 minutes I called the Office and they told me the Truck would have arrived already and we found out that I was in the wrong street and the city was wrong!!!
So I finally arrived at the right place in the Village outside the City at 10:05 .

At 12:00 the work was done... What a nonsense right?

Well, I drove back and left my car for repairs at the garage in our village (since the winter started, It took me 2minutes or so to get it started in the morning).

What a day...and I didn´t even have lunch up to now...

Well, shit happens...

training for the competition

Since it´s Weekend I´m enjoying being myself :-)
I got my hair cut (it was sorely needed!) and practiced the Sword form (I still need to learn the 2 last figures of the form). That was the easy part of the day. I still don´t get my 19step Handform done in 6 minutes, which is the time limit at the Competition next Saturday. It takes me too long to get started, and I have to do the walking parts faster...but I guess I´ll get it untill then. 5 minutes minimum 6 minutes maximum...and it has to look good...keep the fingers crossed!

tuesday the 13. (how good it´s no friday...)

So today I woke up at 8:00 turned on my handy and went back to sleep ( if you read my first post you know I didn´t have slept much that night). At 11: something I get a call from the office where to work today and the day was ruined...Well, that work wasn´t that bad and the people are nice there so it was ok ( even though I missed my taiji practice because of it).
I didn´t see any news on tv today and the rest of the programms today are trash (without Django; man I love this Italo-Western serie) so there´s nothing important to talk about...
